Prohibited Items & Strict Zero-Tolerance Policy
WildCurio acts strictly as an Escrow intermediary. Selling illegal or prohibited items will result in immediate permanent account termination, freezing of all escrowed funds, and cooperation with local and international law enforcement.
1. Protected & Endangered Species
- CITES Appendix I: Any flora or fauna listed under CITES Appendix I is strictly forbidden unless the seller provides verifiable, commercial-use CITES export/import permits.
- Local Protected Wildlife: Species protected under national laws (e.g., Local and National Wildlife Protection Laws) are strictly prohibited.
2. Invasive Species
- Sellers must not ship known invasive species to jurisdictions where they are banned. Buyers and Sellers are entirely responsible for knowing their local importation laws.
3. Prohibited By Platform
- Venomous reptiles or insects (unless verified by specialized shipping carriers and legal in destination).
- Stolen or poached wildlife from the wild. Only captive-bred or legally harvested specimens are permitted.
– Final Administrative Authority
All decisions made by WildCurio administrators regarding disputes, violations, or policy interpretations are final and binding. When resolving conflicts between buyers and sellers, we are deeply committed to investigating the evidence thoroughly. Both parties must respect the evidence and the final decision of the administrators to close the dispute.
