Rules and Guidelines for Sellers

Opening a storefront on WildCurio is an excellent way to grow your business internationally. Please follow our strict seller guidelines to maintain a trusted and profitable ecosystem.

1. Escrow Responsibility & Withdrawal Rules

• Sellers must understand that WildCurio is strictly an Escrow service. You will not receive payout until the buyer receives the goods and the DOA window (48 hours) has safely passed.
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: You must have a minimum balance of **$80 USD** to request a payout.
• Payout Fees: Local bank transfers within Thailand are free of international remittance fees. International payouts (e.g., Wise transfers to overseas accounts) incur a standard 2% fee (Minimum **$7.00 USD / 250 THB**, Maximum capped at $50.00 USD) to cover international wiring costs.

2. Subscription Plans & Commission Rates

• Hobbyist Plan (Standard): $0/month subscription, 8.5% transaction fee, product limit of 10 items, image-only uploads (no video), and no ads credit or verified badge.
• Verified Breeder Plan (Plus): $29.00/month subscription, 4.5% transaction fee, unlimited products, Verified Breeder green badge, HD video uploads, and $15.00/month free Ads credit.
• Global Exporter Plan (Pro): $99.00/month subscription, 2.0% transaction fee, unlimited products, Official Brand badge, Recommended Shops placement, Fast-lane CITES & shipping assistance, $50.00/month free Ads credit, 10% discount on Ads top-ups, and auto-charge features enabled.
• Affiliate Program & Platform Co-Sponsorship: You can activate the Affiliate Program to let partners drive traffic to your store. The default affiliate fee is **4.0%** (fully customizable from 1.0% to 20.0%). When a sale is made via an affiliate link, the platform co-sponsors your marketing by **reducing its commission by 1.5%**:
  • Hobbyist Plan platform fee drops to **7.0%** (Sellers pay 7.0% platform fee + customizable affiliate fee).
  • Verified Breeder Plan platform fee drops to **3.0%** (Sellers pay 3.0% platform fee + customizable affiliate fee).
  • Global Exporter Plan platform fee drops to **0.5%** (Sellers pay 0.5% platform fee + customizable affiliate fee).

3. Zero-Rated VAT & Merchant of Record Shifting

• 0% Zero-Rated VAT: In accordance with Section 80/1(2) of the Thai Revenue Code, platform services rendered to international sellers qualify as exported technology services and are subject to 0% VAT. No VAT is added to your merchant invoices!
• Merchant of Record: You act as the Merchant of Record for your transactions. This provides absolute pricing freedom, DDU/DDP shipping flexibility, and capital control without automated platform withholding taxes.

4. Regulatory Compliance & Special Categories

• Amulets & Talismans: Classified under Antiques & Collectibles. You must guarantee description accuracy and item authenticity. Exporting antiques may require official certificates from the Ministry of Culture/Fine Arts Department of the country of origin.
• Licensed Herbs & Inhalers: All wellness products, herbal balms, and traditional inhalers must display a verified registration number (such as an FDA number) in their product listing to pass cross-border custom checks smoothly.

5. Legal Responsibility & CITES

• You must ensure that all items shipped meet local and international laws, including CITES documentation where applicable. Any legal disputes are the sole responsibility of the seller. New, unverified sellers have a listing cap of 10 products. Please submit your ID or Business License to reach Verified or Licensed status.

– Final Administrative Authority

All decisions made by WildCurio administrators regarding disputes, violations, or policy interpretations are final and binding. When resolving conflicts between buyers and sellers, we are deeply committed to investigating the evidence thoroughly. Both parties must respect the evidence and the final decision of the administrators to close the dispute.
