2. Trust, Disputes & DOA (Dead on Arrival) Protocol

• Your Buyer Trust Score will decrease if you frequently abandon packages, cancel orders late, or initiate fraudulent disputes.
• For live animals or plants, our comprehensive DOA guarantee protects you. You must submit a dispute with a clear, uncut unboxing video and photographs within **48 hours** of carrier-confirmed delivery to secure a full refund of escrowed funds.

3. Escrow Services Protection

• All payments are securely processed and protected. WildCurio holds your funds in escrow until the order is successfully shipped, delivered, and the 48-hour verification window has safely passed.

4. Customs Duties & Delivery Terms (DDU vs DDP)

• Standard Delivery (DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid): You act as the importer of record and are responsible for paying local import VAT and customs duties at your border.
• Premium Delivery (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid): Look for items marked with the green 'Duty Paid' badge by Pro Sellers. All import taxes and customs clearance fees are pre-calculated and cleared, meaning the package is delivered directly to your door with zero extra fees.

5. Special Categories Authenticity & Quality

• Amulets & Talismans: Authentic antiquities and collectibles listed by Pro Sellers are backed by authenticity guarantees. During the escrow hold, you have ample time to inspect and verify your purchase.
• Licensed Herbs & Inhalers: For traditional herbal remedies, wellness inhalers (like Hong Thai), and wellness products, listings must display verified registration numbers (e.g. FDA or origin country health authority registration) for health and safety compliance.

When resolving conflicts between buyers and sellers, we are deeply committed to investigating the evidence thoroughly. Both parties must respect the evidence and the final decision of the administrators to close the dispute.
